work rant

You know sometimes you feel really busy the whole day, but when you sit and reflect what you've been doing the whole day, it doesn't feel like anything substantial has been done?

I've been getting this all week long, and I'm wondering if it's mentally exhausting more than physically exhausted. Recently, I was tasked to be in charge of this magazine that we're pushing out in a few weeks time. And the pain-in-the-ass thing about magazines is, we have to wait for designers to get back to us on the mock ups.

wait. wait. wait.

Sometimes I wonder how much we could accomplish if we didnt have to wait.

So yeah. It's quite shitty because after the wait, and mockups, there will be more changes to be made and the cycle starts again. I dont mind waiting if the quality of work justifies the wait. But it isnt! Sucks isn't it when you're at the mercy of others.... urgh...

feels like it's going to be a long week ahead..
