Hurrah!
Guus Hiddink has been appointed caretaker boss for Chelsea until the end of season, while remaining his duties as Russia's manager.
Like that also can ah. Work part-time at Chelsea until end of season. I wonder what are the incentives involved for convincing him into such a decision. Maybe international coaching too free? Or he can scout for russian players playing in the EPL?
Like what I said in my previous post, I doubt Chelsea will have a quick rebound of form this weekend. I predict Hiddink sitting in the stands while Wilkins take charge for this upcoming FA Cup match against Watford.
Chelsea are now residing at 4th spot, which makes the match-up against third placed Aston Villa next weekend a must-win game to keep title hopes alive. Fingers crossed Hiddink has something in mind to reverse Chelsea's fortunes this season.
