Pain for pleasure

Pain makes us feel human. If there is no pain, how would we know what comfort feels like? That's how I view pain.

Like the biggest event of ASME. It was such a PAIN. The last minute changes. The never-ending speeches. The last minute changes. The changes last minute. So yeah, you get my point.

Then on the actual day. 1pm lunch. 3pm dinner. Event ended at 11.30pm. Supper until 1.30am. And throughout the evening, phone died on me. Missing act from the media and all their requests. Sooo many stuff that was going on.

Sounds crazy but I enjoyed the event. The adrenaline rush keeps me alive. The feeling of accomplishing things as a group. Something we can be proud of.

Now that this is over, my wish for pain is granted with the next biggest event of ASME that's happening in December.
