Been feeling under the weather lately, which is probably the result of cooping at home too often during the holidays!
I just had the worst diarrhoea two evenings back. After having lunch, I was feeling a little strange in the tummy because it felt so bloated. (Maybe Bak chor mee doesnt mix with pineapple / orange / honeydew)
When I went back, grandma tapao-ed some soup she cooked for dinner... and after finishing the soup, I'm officially sick in the stomach!
From 7pm, I visited the toilet about every 30mins... until like 12am+ when I finally fell asleep. Woke up the next morning, first thing is to go toilet and continued what I did yesterday.
The good thing was I skipped work that morning, and continued to sleep before waking up in the afternoon. Did not have the slightest appetite for solid food, so I had some barley drink left behind by jH. Also had a serving of persimmon and glued myself to the TV until I fell asleep again.
What a great way to lose weight eh!
