I bought a few t-shirts and a pair of sneakers and slippers on my trip there while jH came back with a 40kg luggage. If there's time, definitely want to go back and do more shopping and more street snacks!

Symphony of Lights
AND LOTS of Shopping!

jH buying sneakers for a colleague. This shop is located at Shoe Street. I think it's called "Sports house"
Always ask if theres a discount, and if they can give you a pair of socks if you buy the shoes. The shoes cost relatively the same as S'pore ($60-$120)
This label does jewellery, clothings, accessories.. and alot more. jH bought funky tatto sleeves from there which you'll see in a minute.
jH and I posing with our new tattooed arm. The camera was on timer and there were alot more blooper photos which I'm not posting up!
I love the breakfast in HK because theres so many to choose from!
Pork burger and macaroni!
Porridge served with century egg and fish!

Night food
This beef brisket noodles tastes fantastic. The beef brisket has a balanced cut of meat/fat/tendons and it literally melts in your mouth. Best part is its located at Temple Street, which is just 5mins walk from our guesthouse in Yau Ma Tei!
Cold sotong noodles. Authentic HK street snack!
Dessert in HK.
We also visited Disneyland which was relatively small. We finished the park in half a day. And there was nothing much to see or do to justify the $70 entry ticket.
The disney train.. to the land of MAGIC!
Disney Street Parade

One of my favourite disney characters! Goofy!
They had small bands like this marching around the park playing LIVE Music. They sound awesome!
Snap shot of a pretty little snow white while queueing for a ride!
Definitely one of the highlights of Disney
VENETIAN
This place is really grand. You totally feel like a millionaire from just walking in the mall.

St. Paul Ruins
We also had time to visit the St Paul Ruins. Basically it's just a sheet of concrete.
Wynn
Do drop by Wynn (hotel) to watch their fountain display and Rotunda show. I think it happens every 30mins. The rotunda show ends with a huge golden tree emerging from the globe and the ceiling has some really cool light effects. Pretty impressive.

HK has a really efficient transport system. We travelled by air, ferry and most frequently their train. The train comes every 2-3mins, regardless peak/non peak. The tourist spots we went to are all accessible by train, so it's really easy to travel around HK.
But what I noticed about the HK subway is their in-train information system. It has blinking lights and arrows, to show you which direction the train is heading and which side of the train is opening at the next stop. Definitely useful for tourists!
