It's another weekend gone

Sat night was spent at X square gaming, then at Carrefour playing old school Street Fighter game. Took a cab down to Modesto's, only to find out we're not meeting already. So we took another cab down to chijmes, hopeful of watching soccer.. Meet-up was cancelled yet again.

We ended up eating ramen around cuppage road... then pool at Meridien. My new found hobby. Reached home around 2AM.. slept at 3AM.

Woke up around 745am for soccer session... FINALLY! with my secondary school boys. Though only 7 made it, it was nonetheless fun.

When i reached back home it was already 2pm, and theres the Beautiful Sunday concert at 3pm... i forfeited that for sleep. =D
But before sleeping, just thought of betting on soccer since it's the biggie match Man Utd v.s. Arsenal. I tried the pick the score! thing... coz the payput was kinda good... 1:8!
First try, i made a terrible mistake.

I shaded the score, instead of the numberings.. so i wanted 2-0, i shaded 20.. which translated to a 4-4 final score...=.= The payout was $2,500. rofl. wasted my $10. So i went to buy again... this time it's correct. Wasted a few more rubbles on 4D.

The funny thing is when u bet, the soccer match becomes more personal, even though i'm a Chelsea fan. I'm glad Man Utd won in the end. I'm $80 richer + having a pretty sore throat. At least i recouped the $$ wasted on 4D. Now i owe jh a movie + popcorn!
